Over five core virtual sessions from April to May 2025, you’ll gain insider perspectives on Chicago’s dynamic tech landscape through concise, high-impact sessions with local leaders who've personally relocated. You’ll also have the opportunity to engage in supportive, confidential supplemental discussions focused on neighborhoods, family, community, and career opportunities—all tailored to help you build your new life in Chicago with clarity and confidence.

IRL Chicago Tech
IRL Chicago Tech is a private, in-person Quiet Cohort™ designed for tech professionals living in Chicago or nearby areas—especially those telecommuting or working remotely. This program is your opportunity to break out of the remote work bubble and rediscover your city, your career, and your connections.
Over five in-person sessions from March to July 2025 participants will form deeper connections to each other and Chicago Tech in a safe space that helps participants thrive more holistically in their current roles or consider future opportunities.

Over three in-person and two virtual sessions from May to July 2025, this program provides practical, accessible training on AI fundamentals, hands-on strategies to apply it effectively in your role, and ongoing collaboration with peers to drive meaningful learning and career considerations.

This session is 🏳️⚧️ PRIDEFUL 🏳️🌈 celebrating queer change agents and those that support them over four in-person gatherings in June and July 2025, this cohort provides a structured yet open environment to explore your approach to work, rekindle your passions, and intentionally shape your role within your community and career.
