Recharge and find your leadership mojo

Agents of Orbit is a space for rebels—those challenging the status quo—who are burnet out and seek support as both people and leaders.
This Quiet Cohort brings leaders in the science and tech ecosystem together to step back, reflect, and reconnect with what drives them.

Program Dates: All meetings are in-person, Fridays from 8:30-10:30am in Chicago - June 6, 20; July 11, 25

🏳️‍⚧️ PRIDEFUL EDITION 🏳️‍🌈: In celebration of queer change agents and their allies, all proceeds will go towards transgender rights and support services. 🏳️‍⚧️ Intentional Gravity runs Agents of Orbit in benefit of a cause with each cohort as a means of giving back and supporting our values. This cohort asks participants to make an LGBTQ+ organization supporting contribution of money or time.

For science and tech leaders in Chicago, reflection doesn’t have to be a solo journey. If you’ve lost your mojo, feel burned out, or disconnected from your passion, it’s time to rediscover your spark. Whether you’ve spent years in the city or are new to Chicago, this Quiet Cohort™ is for you.

Agents of Orbit is a unique, in-person peer learning group for science and tech leaders who feel stuck or exhausted—ready to reconnect with their purpose and rediscover what truly matters to them.

🏳️‍⚧️ PRIDEFUL EDITION 🏳️‍🌈In celebration of queer change agents and their allies, this special edition gathers participants for four in-person sessions in June and July 2025. Together, you’ll explore how to support yourself, clarify what you care about, and find your path forward.

More than a program, Agents of Orbit is a space to pause, reconnect, and move forward with renewed clarity. You’ll leave with a supportive network and a clearer vision of how to lead with authenticity and purpose.
